According to the project's announcement, CoinEx will support TON (Toncoin) token rename to GRAM (Gram). To ensure your asset security, the deposit, withdrawal, and trading services of TON will be suspended for a designated period. The details are as follows:
The delisting arrangement for TON:
1. Deposits and Withdrawals
- The deposit and withdrawal services of TON will be terminated at 03:00 on June 15, 2026 (UTC).
- TON will NOT be credited to your account if you deposit after the suspended period, so please confirm again before depositing.

2. Futures Trading & Futures Grid Trading
- CoinEx will delist TONUSDT USDⓈ-Margined contract at 03:00 on June 15, 2026 (UTC).
- After delisting, all submitted orders in the above markets will be canceled.
- For users holding positions of the above USDⓈ-Margined Contracts, please close your positions in advance, or they will be automatically liquidated at 03:00 on June 15, 2026 (UTC).
- CoinEx will delist TONUSDT futures grid trading at 03:00 on June 15, 2026 (UTC). If there are any ongoing trading strategies, please make adjustments in advance. Otherwise, the strategies will be terminated automatically.

3. Margin Trading
- The crypto loan service of TON/USDT margin trading pair will be suspended on June 10, 2026 (UTC).
- CoinEx will delist TON/USDT margin trading pair at 03:00 on June 15, 2026 (UTC).
- After delisting, submitted orders would be canceled, and the returned asset would be transferred from Margin Account to Spot Account.
- Users holding positions of the above margin trading pairs should close them in advance. If not, CoinEx will close them automatically at 03:00 June 15, 2026 (UTC), regardless of whether the Crypto Loan expires or not.

4. Loans
- The collateral service of TON will be suspended at 03:00 on June 15, 2026 (UTC).
- Please repay the borrowed assets and close the position as soon as possible. If your position is not closed in time, CoinEx will freeze the collateral assets at 03:00 June 15, 2026 (UTC). These assets will be unfrozen only after the swap and the new S token listing.

5. Flexible Savings
- The flexible savings service of TON will be suspended at 03:00 on June 15, 2026 (UTC).
- After the service is closed, the assets in Financial Account will be transferred to Spot Account automatically.
6. Spot Trading
- TON/USDT, TON/USDC and TON/BTC trading pairs including spot grid and auto-invest plan will be delisted. And ALL orders in this market will be canceled at 06:00 on June 15, 2026 (UTC).
- During the suspended period, all unexecuted TON orders will be systematically closed, and related assets will be returned to your spot account.
- If there are any ongoing trading strategies, please make adjustments in advance. Otherwise, the trades will be terminated automatically at 06:00 on June 15, 2026 (UTC).
The support arrangement for GRAM:
The listing time for the related services of the GRAM (Gram) token will be announced separately after passing the listing review. Please stay tuned for the latest announcements.
