BlockBeats News, July 16th - According to CNBC, a teleprompter operator is under investigation by a U.S. federal regulatory agency for allegedly betting on the content of U.S. President Trump's speeches on the prediction market platform Kalshi.

Kalshi's Head of Legal Enforcement, Robert DeNault, stated that the platform's monitoring team quickly flagged the relevant transactions after an internal investigation and referred them to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

DeNault said that Kalshi is assisting the regulatory agency in its investigation and has submitted relevant evidence collected by the platform.
