BlockBeats News, July 21st, according to LookIntoChain monitoring, the dormant whale address 0x4cee, inactive for three months, has become active again, spending 20 million USDC to purchase 10,501 ETH at an average price of $1905.
In addition, a newly created wallet address withdrew 12,800 ETH from Binance in the past 24 hours, worth around $24.47 million, and has staked all the ETH.
