How to Complete Enterprise Verification?
1. Visit CoinEx's official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Account Overview] from the dropdown menu under the [Avatar] icon in the top-right corner.
2. On the "Account Overview" page, click [Enterprise] on the right side of "ID Verification".
Note: If you have completed personal verification, you cannot apply for enterprise verification.
3. Read the "Attention" section carefully, prepare all required documents, and check the declaration box, then click [I'm all set for ID Verification].
4. Fill in "Enterprise Info" correctly, upload all the required documents, then click [Next].
Note: Click "Save as Draft" to save your entered information and return later to continue.
5. Fill in the "Board Info" correctly, upload photos of the required documents, then click [Next].
Note: For passports, upload only the first page.
6. If the company director is not the ultimate beneficiary, continue the verification for the ultimate beneficiary. Fill in the "Ultimate Beneficiary" info correctly and upload photos of the required documents, then click [Next].
Note: A shareholder owning more than 25% qualifies as an ultimate beneficiary.
7. After completing the above steps, the result will be sent to your email within 5-10 business days. Please check your mailbox.
Reminders:
1. Photos must be in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format, with a maximum upload size of 5MB.
2. Scanned copies, faxes, photocopies, or edited photos are not accepted.
3. Photos must be clear and uncropped, with no watermarks or obstructions.

Registration documents for overseas companies include, but are not limited to, the Certificate of Incorporation, the List of Board of Directors issued by the company, the Certificate of Authority issued by a company secretary, and the Articles of Association.
2. How should I provide the Company Organisation Chart?
The Company Organisation Chart should display the names and corresponding shareholding percentages of all ultimate beneficiaries who hold more than 25% of the company's shares, signed by the company directors and stamped with the company seal.
3. How should I provide the Letter of Authorization and the Letter of Undertaking?
