How to Borrow
1. Open the CoinEx App and log in. On the homepage, tap [More] to enter the Services page, then tap [Earn] > [Loans].
Alternatively, tap [Assets] > [Loans] at the bottom of the screen.
2. On the Loans page, locate the Loanable Coins section, select the crypto you wish to borrow, and tap [Borrow].
3. Tap [Add Collateral], enter the Borrowing Amount and Collateral Amount. Multiple collateral assets can be pledged as collateral at the same time. You may also choose whether to enable Auto-Renewal (enabled by default).
Note: When Auto-Renewal is enabled, the system will renew the loan every 10 days. Regardless of whether the renewal is successful, notifications will be sent via email and in-app messages. Please pay close attention to platform notifications. For detailed renewal rules, you may refer to Introduction to CoinEx Loans.
4. Tap [Confirm], review the loan details in the pop-up window, check the agreement box, and tap [Confirm] again to complete the borrowing process.
5. After borrowing, you can view loan details in [Loan Account] > [Assets].
How to Repay
1. Go to [Assets] > [Loans] and locate the borrowed asset, or tap [Repay] directly on the Loan page.
2. Enter the Repayment Amount and tap [Confirm] to complete the repayment. By default, repayment is made using the borrowed asset. Both partial repayment and full repayment are supported.
Note: You may tap the button at the bottom to switch to [Repay with Collateral]. Repayment with collateral only supports full repayment. The system will convert the collateral into the borrowed asset and automatically complete the repayment.
How to Adjust Collateral
On the Loans page, locate the borrowed asset and tap [Adjust]. In the pop-up window, you can choose [Add Collateral], [Reduce Collateral], or view [Adjustment Records].
1. Add Collateral: Select the collateral asset you wish to add, enter the amount, and tap [Confirm] to complete.
