BlockBeats News, July 23rd, according to Fortune, the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala Capital announced a partnership with Coinbase and infrastructure provider KAIO to launch the blockchain-native version of its long-term private equity fund and offer it as a compliant token to qualified investors.
As part of the collaboration, Coinbase will run this token on its Base blockchain, purchase the token, and add it to its balance sheet, marking the first time a publicly traded U.S. company's balance sheet includes regulated tokenized assets for native on-chain treasury management.
