火星財經消息，據市場消息，Bitcoin 礦企 Core Scientific 披露，其全資子公司 Core Scientific Finance 擬向合格機構買傢俬募發行總額 33 億美元的高級擔保票據，票據到期日為 2031 年。公司表示，部分募集資金淨額將用於全額償還此前 364 天期信貸安排下的延期提款定期貸款，包括應計利息及相關費用。該票據將由 Core Scientific 旗下 5 家子公司提供全額擔保，並以相關子公司絕大部分資產的第一順位留置權作擔保。
