아베랩스(Aave Labs), 켈프 다오(Kelp DAO), 레이어제로(LayerZero), 이더파이(EtherFi), 컴파운드(Compound) 등이 아비트럼(Arbitrum) 거버넌스에 아비트럼 보안위원회가 지난 4월 21일 동결한 30,765.67 ETH를 동결 해제해줄 것을 제안하는 안건을 공개했다. 제안에 따르면 해당 자금은 아베랩스, 켈프다오, 세르토라(Certora)가 공동 관리하는 2-of-3 Gnosis Safe(SAFE) 주소에서 관리되며 rsETH 담보 안정화에만 사용되고 최종적으로 사용되지 않은 자산은 아비트럼 다오로 반환될 예정이다.
