CoinEx News: Elon Musk returned to the witness stand in Oakland on April 29 after nearly two hours of testimony a day earlier in his lawsuit against OpenAI, Sam Altman, Greg Brockman and Microsoft. Musk argues OpenAI abandoned its nonprofit, open-source and safety-first mission by building a for-profit structure tied to Microsoft, while telling jurors he has extreme concerns that advanced AI could benefit humanity but also become an existential risk if controlled by the wrong people.
