CoinEx News: Tools for Humanity, the developer behind Worldcoin, faced new scrutiny on June 22 after an investigative report said the company hired O'Melveny & Myers and Sidley Austin in 2025 to review alleged fund misuse, Thailand rollout risks, and payments said to be aimed at supporting WLD's token value. The company said it cut ties with a Thailand partner and strengthened controls, while saying it was not aware of facts showing a company or employee violation of the FCPA, a US anti-bribery law.
