영국 금융감독청(FCA)이 암호화폐 규제 프레임워크를 발표한 가운데 스테이블코인 발행사의 자본 보유 요건을 발행액의 2%에서 1%로 낮췄다고 코인데스크가 전했다. 7월 1일(현지시간) 발효되는 유럽연합 암호화폐 규제법 미카(MiCA)는 2%다. FCA는 암호화폐 거래소와 관련해서도 손실을 대비해 거래 자본의 40%를 준비금으로 확보하고, 대출 및 거래 시 담보 가치에 40% 손실률을 적용하도록 의무화했다.
