일본 중소기업 1200곳이 가입한 전국비즈니스기업연금기금이 해외 대형 헤지펀드가 운용하는 암호화폐 펀드에 투자한다고 니혼게이자이신문이 전했다. 기구치 아유 운용집행이사는 투자 이유로 "미국 달러와 가격 움직임의 상관관계가 낮다"는 점을 들었다. 해당 기금은 운용자산 215억엔(1,940억원) 가운데 15%가 달러 자산이다. 달러 비중을 크게 낮추지 않는 선에서 분산투자를 목적으로 우선 운용자산의 1%를 배분할 계획이다. 이번 투자는 지난 15일 금융상품거래법 개정안이 제정되면서 결정됐다.
