코인베이스가 기업 고객에 대한 자체 AI 에이전트 결제를 지원한다고 발표했다. 코인데스크에 따르면 코인베이스 기업 전용 플랫폼 코인베이스 비즈니스(Coinbase Business) 이용자는 거래소가 개발 및 육성한 x402 프로토콜을 통해 AI 에이전트로부터 결제 대금을 받을 수 있다. 코인베이스 페이먼트(Coinbase Payments) 기능을 활용해 별도의 추가 설정 없이 AI 에이전트가 USDC로 결제할 수 있도록 할 수 있다는 설명이다.
