How to register a CoinEx account?
Method 1: Register with email and password
1. Visit CoinEx's official website (https://www.coinex.com) and click [Sign Up] in the upper right corner.
2. On the registration page, enter your [Email] and [Password], fill in [Referral Code] (optional), and then click [Sign Up].
Reminder: Your email address is the gateway to your CoinEx account. Please make sure that the registered email address is secure, and set a complex password (a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with a high-security level. Please store the password for the registered email account and the login password for your CoinEx account safely.
3. Enter the [Email Verification Code] and click [Confirm].
4. After completing the above steps, registration is complete.
Method 2: Register with Google Account
1. Enter the registration page, select [Sign up with Google].
Note: You cannot enter an invitation code when registering through Google. If a user referred you, ensure you use the invitation link for account registration.
2. By clicking [Sign up with Google], the system will prompt you to log in to CoinEx with your Google account, select or add a Google account.
Note: If you already have a CoinEx account, you can choose to link it to your Google account.
3. Registration is complete, and you can later log in using the linked Google account.
Note: Registering with Google does not set a login password. Please set a login password through [Security Settings] > [Login Password] to enhance account security.
Method 3: Register with Apple Account
1. Enter the registration page, and select [Sign up with Apple].
Note: You cannot enter an invitation code when registering through Apple. If a user referred you, ensure you use the invitation link.
2. By clicking [Sign up with Apple], the system will prompt you to log in to CoinEx with your Apple account.
3. After logging in, we recommend using Share Email Address for registration:
- [Share Email Address]: Registers with your email linked to your Apple ID, allowing you to receive CoinEx-related emails directly.
- [Hide Email Address]: Apple generates a random email ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com, and CoinEx emails will be forwarded to your Apple ID-linked email.
Note: The [Hide Email Address] feature is managed independently by Apple. If you delete or deactivate the hidden email, CoinEx cannot help you recover it, which may affect account usage.
To ensure you receive important notifications and maintain account security, we recommend selecting [Share Email Address] for registration.
4. Select [Create a new CoinEx account], then click [Sign Up]；
Note: If you already have a CoinEx account, you can choose to link it to your Apple account.
5. Registration is complete, and you can later log in using the linked Apple account.
Note: Registering with Apple does not set a login password. To enhance account security, please set a login password by going to [Security Settings] > [Set Password].
How to log in to your CoinEx account?
Method 1: Log in with email and password or QR code
1. Visit CoinEx's official website (https://www.coinex.com), and click [Log in] in the upper right corner.
2. Enter your registered email address and your password, confirm, and click [Log In].
Note: If you're logged in on the app, you can also use the app to scan the QR code for login.
3. Depending on your 2FA settings, complete the secondary verification to log in.
Method 2: Log in with Google / Apple Account
1. Enter the login page, select [Log in with Google] or [Log in with Apple].
2. The system will prompt you to log in to CoinEx with your corresponding account.
3. After authorizing the account, you will be logged in.
