Method 2: Quick entry setup
Open the CoinEx App, log in to your account, and tap [More] on the homepage to enter the “Quick Entry” page. Click the edit button in the top right corner, and add [Withdrawal] to the [Customize] section. Then you can access the withdrawal page via quick entry.
2. Enter the withdrawal page, select the crypto you want to withdraw, and check the supported network and contract address.
Taking USDT as an example, CoinEx supports multiple networks, including BSC, TRON, and Ethereum.
Notes:
- The minimum withdrawal amount and fees vary depending on the selected network.
- Each blockchain also has a different smart contract address for the cryptocurrency. You can click on the last digits of the contract address to view detailed information about that cryptocurrency.
- Regular transfers must be completed via the blockchain, and the asset arrival time depends on the block confirmation requirements of the receiving platform and the network congestion.
- If you wish to pay the withdrawal fee with another crypto, you can click on [set now] below the withdrawal fee to change the crypto for withdrawal fee payment under [Pay Withdrawal Fee].
Please confirm the following details before withdrawing:
(1) Network: The selected network for withdrawal on CoinEx must match that of the receiving platform.
(2) Contract Address: The contract address for the crypto on the CoinEx withdrawal page should match that of the recipient platform.
(3) Minimum Withdrawal: The total withdrawal amount must not be less than the minimum withdrawal amount plus the withdrawal fee.
If the network or contract address on both platforms does not match, the assets will not be credited, which may result in asset loss.
For example, if you choose the BSC network for withdrawing USDT from CoinEx, you must choose the BSC network for depositing USDT to the receiving platform. Please make sure that the recipient's address matches the one on the CoinEx withdrawal page.
