The U.S. has agreed in the memorandum of understanding that Tehran will dilute its stockpile of highly enriched uranium within Iran, with the specific mechanism to be discussed in the next 60 days. Iran will immediately reopen the Strait of Hormuz for all commercial vessels to pass through, while the U.S. will lift the naval blockade.

The U.S. has agreed to release $25 billion of Iran's frozen assets, including through direct cash transfers, inter-regional cooperation, and financial credit lines.
