BlockBeats News, July 20th, Privacy protocol Hinkal announced that this week it will fully refund users who have completed the recovery process, with the process expected to be completed by July 22nd; users who have not completed the recovery can still submit applications.

Previously, Hinkal was attacked and lost approximately 797,000 USDC, which the attacker exchanged for about 454 ETH.
