BlockBeats News, July 22nd, the Ethereum Improvement Proposal EIP-8222 is proposed to adopt a STARK-based encryption scheme to weaken the traceable relationship between the staking deposit address, validator, and withdrawal credentials, in order to enhance the on-chain privacy of institutional stakers.

The digital asset bank Sygnum Bank has stated that this move may help attract more institutional participation in staking, but it could also result in higher execution costs, slower asset operation processes, and additional compliance and audit requirements. The proposal is currently in the discussion phase, and the launch date has not yet been determined.
