BlockBeats News, June 10th – Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas revealed that BlackRock has submitted the fourth and possibly final version of the S-1 filing for its new product Bitcoin Yield Enhancement ETF, called the 「iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA)」, disclosing for the first time a management fee of 0.65%, higher than similar products such as the spot Bitcoin ETF IBIT.

BITA is expected to provide investors with a yield enhancement strategy by holding a Bitcoin exposure and selling call options, with approval for BITA's listing anticipated soon.
