Japan, as the largest foreign holder of U.S. Treasuries, increased its holdings by $18.3 billion to $1.21 trillion, the highest since February;
The UK, as the second-largest holder, added $10.6 billion, reaching a record high of $937.5 billion;
China, as the third-largest holder, reduced its holdings by $1.2 billion to $651.1 billion, the lowest since September 2008;
Meanwhile, Canada, as the seventh-largest foreign holder, reduced its holdings by $42.3 billion to $397.1 billion, the lowest since January.
The U.S. Treasury market is growing but remains diversified.
