Qualcomm rose 1.9%, Meta fell 3.4%, and the company plans to start production of an AI chip in September.
Storage stocks rose across the board, with STX up 6.77%, WDC up 7.02%, and SanDisk up 4.93%.
CPO concept stocks also rebounded significantly, with AAOI up 5.81% and LITE up 7.97%.
As for other star-weighted stocks, NVIDIA dipped 0.11%, and SPCX rose 1.47%.
