BlockBeats News, July 2nd, SoftBank Corp. and SoftBank Group Corp. jointly announced that they will establish SB Neo, Inc. (tentative name) in the United States to focus on operating the Neocloud business.

SB Neo will be established in Delaware, USA in July 2026, with SoftBank Corp. holding 51% and SoftBank Group Corp. holding 49%, making it a consolidated subsidiary of SoftBank Corp.

SB Neo will leverage SoftBank Group's developing 10-gigawatt energy and AI infrastructure and is planning to launch Neocloud services in the United States in the 2027 fiscal year (ending March 2028), providing computing resources needed for large-scale AI model training and inference to U.S. large enterprises, including hyperscale cloud service providers. The future expansion will be phased, with the ultimate goal of deploying a 10-gigawatt AI infrastructure.

SoftBank Corp. has already launched a GPU cloud service Beta version based on "Infrinia AI Cloud OS" in Japan in May 2026 and will apply the relevant experience to the U.S. market. SoftBank Group is currently advancing a large-scale AI infrastructure project in the United States and will provide full support to SB Neo in infrastructure, talent, and other aspects. Masayoshi Son, Chairman, and CEO of SoftBank Group, said, "SoftBank Group will work together to build a world-class AI infrastructure and drive the AI revolution."
