The pre-bid and KYC verification window will be open from July 6 to 7; the auction will start at 22:00 on July 8; the auction will end at 22:00 on July 10, and successful participants can claim the tokens through the Uniswap interface. After the auction, there will be a 40-day cooling-off period for the FOLD tokens, during which they can only be used for Ciphernode staking and cannot be freely transferred.

Participants need to complete KYC verification through Predicate. The auction adopts a uniform clearing price mechanism, where bidders can set a maximum FDV and budget, and any excess beyond the clearing price can be withdrawn for re-bidding. The tokens are scheduled to have transfer restrictions lifted around August 19 and complete the TGE.
