This proposal marks the DAO's formal funding of Aave Labs' product development, though future allocations for specific products will still require separate proposal review.

The "Aave Will Win" framework aims to resolve the long-standing dispute between Aave Labs and the DAO. Its core tenet is that all revenue generated by branded products developed by Aave Labs (including Aave App, Aave Pro, Horizon RWA, Aave Kit, etc.) will go to the DAO treasury, in exchange for the DAO providing funding support for Aave Labs' product development. Stani called this "the most important proposal in Aave's history," emphasizing that the DAO will oppose any vendor lock-in that harms the interests of token holders.
