BlockBeats News, May 18th, Goldman Sachs' 13F filing for the first quarter of 2026 submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed a significant reduction in its cryptocurrency ETF holdings. Goldman Sachs completely divested from all XRP-related ETFs and all Solana ETFs under Grayscale, Bitwise, and Fidelity.
Goldman Sachs' Bitcoin ETF holdings still include about $690 million in BlackRock IBIT and about $25 million in Fidelity FBTC, both reduced by approximately 10% from the previous quarter. The Ethereum ETF holdings saw a larger decrease, with the iShares Ethereum ETF (ETHA) position being reduced by about 70%, leaving approximately $114 million remaining.
Additionally, Goldman Sachs increased its holdings in Circle, Galaxy Digital, Coinbase, Robinhood, and PayPal during the same period, while reducing its holdings in Strategy, Riot Platforms, and other stocks.
