The company has signed cooperation agreements with approximately 120 schools to train deliverymen to transition to positions such as robot maintenance and repair.

Serenity believes that this aligns with Amazon's previous proposal to reduce future recruitment needs by around 600,000 through robots, indicating that the commercialization of robots is accelerating. The human resource structure of the logistics industry is shifting from "manual delivery" to "robot operation and maintenance."
